Analysis of an advert

'Loud' advert

This is the an advert for RnB artist Rihanna's fifth studio album 'Loud'. 

The advert features a recurring red and white colour scheme in correspondence with the album.

The advert displays the artist Rihanna to the left third of the image with the album name in the centre (LOUD), along with the release date. By placing it in the centre of the image it makes it a focal point and tells audiences the name of the album and it is out for release now.

The advert also has a small image of the actual album cover to the right third. This works with the name of the album to allow the image to be embedded into audiences head so when they are going to purchase the album they can easily recognise it because of its similar colour scheme.
